Wonderfully made ladies we had such a remarkable time at our simply refreshing session! Our workout was truly a time of mental nourishment, movement and fun!
May is Mental Health Awareness Month and we are truly advocates for ensuring that we provide spaces where we pour into those beautiful minds.
Exercise contributes to the quality of your mental health in numerous ways. Some of which include: releasing feel-good hormones, a better night's sleep, sharpens your thinking, improves energy levels, reduces your risk of physical health issues, improves your confidence, boosts your mood, relieves stress, and enhances your memory just to name a few.
We were so elated to have Coach Cole and our friends at IntensityX3 join us for this remarkable experience.
Cole has her NASM CTP (personal training certification), NASM CES (Corrective Exercise Specialist Certification), she is Kettlebell Certified and a phenomenal small and large group instructor, and a lead kickboxing coach as well!
We provided cooling towels and waters for the gems who attended as well.
Our friends at Intensity gave everyone who were not members at their facility a free one week admission.
All proceeds went towards our overall cause and to continue to facilitate the work in our local communities and worldwide as well.
