Currently Coveting - Plaid

Hi my loves! Alrighty so it’s time for me to share another one of my passions, which is; STYLE!!! When I was younger I fell in love with all things fashion & style. I would dress up in my moms’ pearls and just find so much happiness in her closet!

I feel like your style is also something that evolves over time as well. If I had to describe my personal style I would say it is quite similar to street style. I just love the fact that you could truly express your individuality through style. The textures, fabrics, accessories, and looks all evoke such a great mood!

There are times I like chic, minimal, edgy, bold, and even loud looks too! I think style is laced with so much fun and creativity!

Now even though I’m just a tad bit trendy, I do have a great respect for classic pieces as well. I think that there are certain staples you must own with regards to fashion. I also don’t believe that you have to rock every single trend. Just do you, be comfortable in your skin, and shine brightly!

I wanted to start this series called “currently coveting”. I will be sharing the styles that I am currently loving and enjoying!

So the first one up is plaid! Plaid happens to be trending for Spring, but I believe it’s a classic as well. And it’s definitely a staple in my closet!

There are numerous ways that you can incorporate this style. From pant suits, to blazers, skirts, shirts, dresses, swim gear, and so much more!

Here are some ways that I would rock it! You also don’t have to go out and buy everything that’s trending, you can take a look in your closet and utilize the pieces you already have. And hold on to your clothing as well, because fashion, style and trends all revolve.
